John Stubbs began working in commercial real estate in the Raleigh-Durham area while attending Duke University. Six months after graduation, John founded Davis Moore Advisors, focusing on tenant representation for corporate clients including many medical clients.  John moved to Charlotte in 2005 to expand the Davis Moore footprint, until the sale of the company to Jones Lang Lasalle (“JLL”) in October 2007. There, John became a Managing Director with JLL.

In 2011, John founded Davis Moore Capital (“DMC”) to continue working with corporate and healthcare clients. John’s area of healthcare real estate expertise includes development services, capital deployment services, and ambulatory real estate portfolio management. John leads DMC's development efforts and currently oversees 200,000 square feet of medical office developments across North Carolina and is engaged in several strategic assignments with health systems across the Southeast.

John holds a degree in Economics from Duke University.
