The Issue

EmergeOrtho had a lease expiring in the spring of 2019 in Smithfield, an established and successful market. Their current location was too small and didn’t have adequate parking.

The Solution

Davis Moore partnered with EmergeOrtho to find a site in a desirable location in Smithfield that had good visibility. Directly across from Smithfield-Selma High, the site has a high traffic count and offers easy patient access. Their new site will be 15,000 SF of orthopedic clinic and physical therapy space and will have a mobile MRI pad.
